INTRODUCTION- 1.1 â€˜Weâ€™ refers to Blooms Tutors, its employees, and its contractors and â€˜youâ€™ and â€˜yourâ€™ refer to whomever is utilising our services.
1.2 This agreement outlines the terms and conditions both for the use of this website and for any services provided to you by our company.
ACCEPTANCE OF THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS- 2.1. By navigating our webpage and utilising our services, you have signified acceptance of these terms and conditions. You will be prompted should you be required to accept any terms not stated in these Terms and Conditions.
BOOKING A TUTOR- 3.1. We are unable to make any guarantee as to whether or not we will be able to provide a tutor for your particular circumstance. We will, of course, endeavor to do so.
TUITION SESSIONS- 4.1. All of our tutors go through working with children checks as legally required and our recruitment process is designed to filter out suspect individuals. Therefore, we accept no liability for any grievances that occur in a tuition session.
4.2. If you wish to cancel a tuition session, you must notify us via email or telephone with at least 24 hours notice, otherwise you will be charged a 65% (65% of the original %100 charged rate, e.g. if your tuition rate was set at $80 per session, the late cancellation fee will be 65% of $80) late cancellation fee.
CUSTOMERS WARRANTIES, LIABILITIES AND UNDERTAKINGS- 5.1. You agree to indemnify and keep indemnified and hold us harmless from and against any claim brought against us by a third party resulting from the provision of Services by us to you.
BLOOMS TUTORS WARRANTIES, LIABILITIES AND UNDERTAKINGS- 6.1. We have every measure in place to ensure the security of your information, however, the internet is never completely secure. Consequently, we accept no liability for any loss, damage, cost, or expense incurred through the use of our website.
SEVERABILITY-7.1. If any clause of these terms and conditions is held to be legally invalid or unenforceable, the invalid or unenforceable wording shall be deemed to be omitted.
CHANGES TO TERMS- 8.1. We may change the terms and conditions of this agreement at any time. Current terms and conditions will always be displayed on our website. It is your responsibility to regularly check the terms and conditions.
