All of those sentences are right, they are just in different forms.
1. "I worked every day." - this is in the past tense, as in it has already happened. 2. "I work every day." and "I'm working every day." - these are both in the present tense, talking about what you are doing right now. 3. "I will be working every day." - this is another form which is in the future tense, as in what will be happening tomorrow or in the future.
